Dear Sir,
I have applied for new passport on 9th January at passport office, Lucknow & was expected to receive on 7 May as according to passport application status. But unfortunately yet I have not received anything. Regarding this I have talked to Mr Jai Prakash Singh & as he told me that just you need to wait a week, passport must be coming. After commitment by Regional passport officer, I have wait for 10 days but still nothing has came further again I called to Mr Jai then he told me What can I do If your passport is not coming & for this I cannot do anything & and he put the phone down.
So this is the response I got from our Regional Passport Office Jai prakash singh at Lucknow passport office. And most of the time when I called
Mr Jai, he didnot pick the phone i.e. while 10.30 am to 1.00 pm he is not in his place. I mean to say his phone just simply ringing.
So please help me out. I am waiting to my passport to come as I have to apply for U.K visa in this month of June.
