Still not received passport

My wife's passport was applied on 02/05, File Reference Number: DLH-A028709-11, name Mrs Sonika Bharati, as mentioned on the web site of Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, http://passportstatus.nic.in/, as dispatched on 22/07 vide postal Registration Number 204794 is still not received. Pls take remedial action.
