Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I am writing this complaint after waiting enough for them to resolve the issue but it seems that they just dont care about howmuch one has to suffer because of their silly mistakes.
I applied for passport in Dec. I was residing at more than one place within 1 year at that time so i had to fill up PPT forms or wait for one year at my current stay. I waited for one year and then applied again in January. On which a fresh police enquiry was sent and everything was normal and correct. My enquiry was clear and it reached them in early February, on which they told me that i would be given the passport by March. When i did not receive it, i went again couple of times in March and they assured me that passport will reach me by April End. Again i went and they again said it will reach me by May. Then i went finally in July and there they told me that your application has expired.
The funny part is if you ask them what is the status of my application, it will take them another day to tell us, while you ask any broker outside and he will tell u in less then 5 mins where exactly is the application.
I talked to one broker and he asked me for 5000 INR and i will have my passport in less than 3 working days. When i denied this is all i have to face. Now its September and i am sitting here without passport.
I have written them several Emails on their complaint cell and they assured me that the matter has been picked up (i have confirmation on email) but now neither anyone picks up the call and nor anyone replies my mail. Have gone to office more than 5 times just to enquire about the status. But no relief. FULL CORRUPTION.
Sir, i request you to please look into the matter and try if you can help me.
