Delay in passport delivery

Dear Sir/ Madam

Greetings!

I submitted my passport application at Delhi passport office on June 22nd. My file reference no. is A039224. Faridabad, Commississoner of police, sent the verification report on August 1st. till date I have not received my passport inspite of my several visits to passport office Delhi. I have to attend education seminar in USA in the month of Nov.
