DELAY IN PASSPORT DELIVERY

Hello i am Nawazish Furqan. my file no is BLY-A034053, my police verification has been done, its almost six month is running till now i have not received my passport. whenever

i check my passport status it shows that "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" since 2 months.

have applied for passport on 26th june and I do not understand if police verifcation is done and they have submitted report to Bareilly passport office then why am i getting this staus.

Please consider my complaint and take appropriate action regarding it.
