Passport office patna, bihar
Not yet received passport

I applied for passport on 20/06 vide file no. A076273 and receipt no.is 0048907, but yet today i haven't received my passport. I visited the office at patna more than twenty times but all go invain.

Please look in yhe matter and do needful for the end.
