Passport Status

Dear Sir,

I had applied for a new Passport and submitted at Passport Office, Patna on 19 Nov'2010. My file number is PAT-A082287-10. Since my policy verification is done and while checking the status, I am getting an message that "It is requested to furnish the required information within 15 days"

It is requested to provide me the exact picture as I am in dilemna and could not understand the meaning of message where I am waiting for my passport since every thing is done.

Please look into the case and update me accordingly
