Passport office secunderabad
My Passport has no status and not yet received and not in database

As i applied to passport on dated 22-10 through Post office online and police enquiry also done sucessfully in subsequent of 20 days. I search in online where with my file name it was showing others details since from the day i applied. As i am not understanding what happen to my passport file and has not yet been issued and no status. Was in dipressed and worried because as i cant apply another and as i applied there is no status. Please help me out in this issue and providing all my details with respect to the passport application
