Passport Office Thane
Its been 4 months and 2 days but my passport has not been delivered yet

Hello,

My file number is THN- N- 002960 and my application date is 9nd February and i have not yet received my passport. When we went to the police station after two months (as it is written on the receipt that any inquiry before completion of 45 days after the inquiry will not be entertained), they said that they don't know anything about the matter in a very blunt way. And when we check the status online it says that the police report has not been received. AND NOW ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND 2 DAYS BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE IS MY PASSPORT... whenever i think of filing a complaint on passport seva site, unfortunately the page never gets loaded.
