I have been to Passport office for submission of application for Misc., I have been to the passport office a week before also.

During my first and recent visit also I observed that the first counter is closed on both the occasions. If this counter is not working, why the officials are not closing that line itself before allowing the public.

Due to the above public is sitting in that line also and at 10am the Officer comes and informs that counter 1 (Misc., ) is non functional, then the real commotion will start, since those people have come in the early morning they feel that they are deprived of the priority (which is genuine). Why the passport authority is not looking into this simple issue.

In the same Misc., section the officer in-charge (Male) he will be speaking in Hindi only and doesn’t oblige to speak either in Telugu are at-least in English and gives very arrogant answers... I request the passport authority to check these things. Even the IAS officer will speak in the regional language. Why this is not implemented in this Passport Office, Hyderabad.

I sincerely request the concerned authorities to look into this matter, as so many illiterates will come the office daily.
