PASSPORT NOT RECEIVED YET

Hello Sir,

My wife applied for Passport on '30-08' and also policy enquiry is done. I saw status before 15-20 days back 'Police enquiry is successfully done ...' but after days it's showing me "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" Status. (Same status is from 3-4 weeks)

Can you please let me know when passport will despatch?
