Delay in dispatch

Dear sir,

This is MOHAN RAO WAT, file number -H009866-11. i have submitted my passport on 7-04 and also i have completed with all the regard procedure (police verification) but still i havent get my passport.

in August i have checked in online with my passport detailes. i got to know that status is that "the passport will be despatched by 03-08" but when i am checking in today's date still its showing status that "it is to regret that due to unavoidable curcuimstance the despatch of passport has been delayed and will now be despatch in a week's time." but still i din't recive my passport. due to which i lost my job opportunity. In the sense of WEEK'S i dont know why these people are taking so much time. due to thier delay other people are facing problem on loosing golden opportunities.

So i request you to check my detailes and dispatch my passport as early as possible.
