I have applied for my Father's passport in tatkal on 24th Jan But till date I didn't get the passport. Today the status says "Passport was ready on 01-02. ". What this status means? If it is ready, please dispatch it. My father has to travel to USA and keeping postponed because of delay in his passport. I request the authorities concerned to look into the matter urgently and send the passport. My father still has lot of other formalities like USA visa and all.

PLEASE HELP US IN THIS CONCERN.
