Delay in Passport Verification @ Visakahaptnam

Sir,

I K V L Sujatha had applied for Re-Issue of Passport as the current one which I'm holding is expired.

Given below are the details of the passport application :

File Reference Number: VSP-E001400-11

Application Date : 13-05

Applicant's Name: VENKATA LAKSHMI SUJATHA KATTA

But till date the status is being shown as "Police Report has not been received" and also no police officer had came for verification.

Please look into this and let me know if any further details are required.

Provided all the required documents during the application and as Address proof submitted my Husband's passport, Electricity Bill, we are staying here from 1990.
