To resolve passport issue for file No. JPR-W281059-11 & file No. JPR-W281061-11 pending from 3 months

To Passport Manager,

I have applied for my 2 years old daughter’s passport (file No. JPR-W281059-11) on dated 27th Dec & My father applied for his passport (file No. JPR-W281061-11) on dated 27th Dec. After three months of the application, status of both applications are showing as “ Police verification has been waived and file is under process” and “ Police report has not been received” respectively. Screen shorts of both applications are attached for your ready reference.

Please note that Police verification has been completed two months back for both applications. You are requested to please resolve both issue as earliest as possible.
