Delay in Passport delivery

Hi,

I have applied for my son's passport a month ago and I see the online status as expected to be dispatched by 25-03 since 15 days. But nether did we recieve the passport nor is the status getting updated. I am trying to reach them on phone but they are not respondent to calls and dont bother to attend the calls at all. I sent SMS with file number but of no use.

Please help as I am dependant on my son's passport to travel on my first assignment and it is getting delayed just because of passport.

Any help would be of great help.
