Non reseipt of passport

Dear Sir,

I have submitted an application for New Passport File Number -RPR A018372/10 on 19-Nov.

When checked in the official site for raipur passport Office it states that I need to submit the Photocopy of my OLD passport. However I have mentioned in the application that my OLD passport has been lost. A copy of the FIR lodged at Dhamtari police station has been submitted with the form.

Its been 4 months now and i request you to look into the matter at the earliest and dispatch the new passport as early as possible as i need to travel abroad in April. Non compliance of which may lead to serious financial loss.
