Delay in passport issue

I have submitted my passport for renewal on 19/11 my file number is F036903/10 police verification was done and police report is been dispatch to RPO . I have attended Passport Ada lat 2times but there is no response my online status is" It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" from 8 months.
