I have not recieved the passport and pcc

Dear sir / madme,

I have not recieved the passport has well has PCC. i have submitted it on 24/08 (REFERENCE NUMBER HYDM03619910).at passport office secunderbad at the time of submission i was told that i will be reciveing it in the period of 12 to 20 days.but when i check it online i am not getting any updates.

One day before my submission my friend had submitted for PCC and he recieved it in 10 days.

This is my humble request to the concern authorities to do kind full has i have to submit it in ambassy for the visa.
