There are numorous loopoles which should be taken care about to govern consultants as well as forign consulates of immigration. Consultants which are not registered in India should not be allowed to file immigration cases in Indian land foregins consulates as this creates a scope for consltants to be what they like more over when refunding application fee and other fee consulates should have a policy that it would be registered posted directly to clients and no to consultants where they keep it for months and even never inform the clients. And further any file which is represanted by consultant its all comunications by immigration consulates should be made to consultants as wee as to the client to reduce the scope of malpratcises of consultants.
