Delay in issueing passport

Hi i m MUNIKOTI DEEPAK KUMAR, i have applied for passport on 20-7 and today is 4/11..its being 3 and half month and still i have not recieved my passport nor i recieved any conformation ..i even wrote an email 3 times to the hyderabad"s official passport email and didnt get any update on my status..
