I m a disappointed customer, expressing my concern for the non-delivery of my envelope containing important documents to be received by my son in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.
The tracking no. is 8732 3454 9473. The envelope was picked up in Mumbai on Wednesday March 23rd 2011 at 6:35 pm. Expected delivery time shows Friday March 25th. As yet, of Friday 11:50 am, my son has not received the mail!!
On checking the tracking system, to my astonishment it shows the envelope is still in transit in Mumbai???
I am very much worried and disturbed on this delay which can cause a lot of complications to my son in USA, as he has to submit this documents on time due to strict time compliance at his end.
Your urgent attention is called for, to look into this matter right away and reply me immediately, to avoid any embarrasment.
