Still not receive my pf amount

My pf account no is MH/91327/7071. i submit my pf withdrawal form in jun but they reject the form because not attached cheque copy and i resubmit my pf withdrawal form on 25th August but still nor receice my pf amount. many time i called but they don't answered and they transfer to other person and they hang up the form. and i also filed complain - http://epfgms.gov.in - REG NUMBER - SROKN/01373.

still pf withdrawal is pending.
