PF Withdarwl amount
PF Withdrawl amount not settled by chennai PF Office

Dear Sir,

I was working for Computer Sciences Corporation India Pvt Ltd. (CSC India).

I have resigned the company in the month of March. I have submitted all my PF withdrwal forms to CSC.

CSC has submitted the same to Chennai PF office.

My PF Account Number is TN/MAS/52878/0014441.

When i login to EPO website to check my withdrawal status i see the below status from website.

Claim ID: TNMAS110700044113Status: CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO TNMAS00528780000014441 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 27.07.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS

This status is not changed since last 7 months and i dont not have the correct status of claim. I have also raised grevience in their website and sent couple of reminders even though there is no response from them. The below are the Greivience details

The Grievance is lodged with the office: EPFO, RO, Chennai

I have tried almost 200 times to contact the above phone number there is no response. I have sent almost 10 emails to them there is no response.

I have also Filed RTI on Jan 24th on EPFO chennai. Still there is no response.

I have so many commitments with this PF amount. I am not understanding what to do with these irresponsible govt officers

When i sent so many emails and raised greivence ticket in their website why dont they work on that. What is the use of such processes they have introduced when they donot care of that. What is use of publising their contact numbers when they dont answer those phones.

Sir: Please help me to get out of this. What should i do now after doing all these things.
