PMPL bus service
Mis behavior of a bus conducto

For the last one year i have been travelling by bus in pune. But I haven't received such rude behaviour from bus conductor so far. Today on 22nd dec I was coming from university to pune station by PMPL bus. While we asked for ticket to, he behaved rudely and insulted me for no reason. He used bad languages (ma bahen gali) and insulted badly. For few seconds i couldn't understand why he was behaving so. He gave lame excuses and was saying why we bored the bus from front door and not by back door. When we got up from front door, the driver was sitting still. He didn't utter a word. He saw us. If it was a rule that people should not get up from the front door, then they should have stopped us from getting up. Now, when we got up they insulted us. He was behaving in an aweful manner. Both the driver and the conductor was saying something in marathi which we could clearly make out from their body language that they were insulting me. I felt so bad and feel like not to travel by PMPL bus again. Its such a shame that corporation has appointed such psycho people. When i threatned that i will complain for your mis behavior, he arrogantly replied that nobody can do anything as he is the member of the union and not any servant.

I really sympathise. Pune is developing like anything but the transport and mentality of people towards people from outside is pathetic.

PMPL bus service is after all a service industry. People in this industry can't behave so...

Its a request please look into this matter and do something so that the services improve.
