Postal Department
Nondelivery of parcel

A parcel which I had sent on 15th June from Chennai to US (Portland) by registered post (Air Mail) has not reached its destination yet. The details on the

receipt given by the department are: A RT425812227IN OP-Code: AR

All my afforts to trace this have been futile. Can the postal department in India or

America help me out of this predicament? In fact I wanted it to reach my grandson on his birthday which falls on 30th June. What a pity?
