Not received the Acknowledgment due card

I had posted a letter to the Office of the Addl. Central Provident Fund Commissioner

Kolkata – 700 091.by speed post on 13th June with acknowledgement due card, where as till date I haven't received the AD card from postal department. The speed post registration receipt no. is EK451107625IN FT. 13.06.2011 JALAHALLI P.O
