Postal service issue in chinhat lucknow

Dear Sir,

I want to inform u that postal services in chinhat lucknow area is not proper. Postman of matiyari chauraha chinhat lucknow is not coming for long times in this area. I am preparing for govt sector exams and need for admit card delivered by GPO lucknow. But postman of this area is not coming from so many times and so that i missed so many exams. Please take proper action against this area postman.
