APPLICATION FOR AIPMT EXAMINATION -

I have sent my Application Form for appearing the AIPMT Entrance Examination to be held on 03/04 by Registered Post (under Registration No.001208 dated 06/11 of Kaladi-Mlpm Post Office, Kerala - PIN 679582). But it has been informed that the said Application form has not been delivered to the addressee, The Dy. Secretary (AIPMT), Central Board of Secondary Education, Shiksha Kendra, 2, Community Centre, Preet Vihar, Delhi - 110301. Due to non delivery of the application I am losing chance to appear for the examination.

I, therefore, humbly request you to kindly verify your records immediately and inform me the date of delivery of the said cover.
