Sign board of timing of the post office

Sir,

all the govt.offices are supposed to keep sign board of timings. such sign board is not kept by "service building br. guj.agri.campus junagadh". the main post timings r from 10 a.m this post office starts at 10.30 a.m why discripency of service timings in the same dept.and same city?

usually there is always a post box to drop post in the box. such post box is about 1/2 k.m away form the particular post office. we have requested several time to look in to the matter but in vein.

will postal authorities listen. we demand that if there is provision of recess that also should be written on the sign board
