I have alredy given this complaint to The Superintendent Post Office N I T Faridabad. But not yet received any response.

Sub: Misbehave and abusive language.
I am Naveen Ahuja residing at house no. 520 sector 28 Faridabad. I usually go to sector 29 post office to do speed post. On 12th of jan I went to sector 29 post office with my wife and child at 1.45 P.M. the speed post window was closed and the person sitting behind window told me to go outside window to Mr Amritpal (Post Master). There was a queue so I stand in queue and was waiting for my turn the known person of Post Master was coming from inside and he was also doing their speed post and it happens twice, no matter. When my turn came he said I will not do yours I am busy come some another day and took the job of person standing behind me. Than I said sir just now you did speed post of another person who came from back side he said my wish but I will not do it for you and start using abusive language “ tere maa ki and behan ki” I said I will complaint he said “Jo ukharna hai ukhar le I will not do”. I again went to another window and request him that you do it and The Post Master (Amrit pal) sitting inside instruct him you do what ever you are doing don’t do his speed post. I went to home and again came at 2.30 PM the another person said from today speed post timing is upto 2.0 pm now I will not do it at any cost.
Sir he used abusive language without caring that A man is standing with his family. A lady Ms Pinki Bagga (post office agent) always sitting inside the post office and these persons are always ready to do her jobs without caring the queue is getting long and long, their never ending gossips never stops.
This is my humble request to take a streaked action against him. So that he should learn a lesson that how to speak and behave and this incident should not be happened with anyone. Please inform me what action you have taken and a speedy action is really appreciated.
