Sir, my wife applied for a passport on 12-12 from Bankura Head Post office, Dist- Bankura, West Bengal. Till the date i have not received the passport yet. I enquired to the Kolkata passport office & Ministry of foreign affairs on last week. From there i got to know that the passport is ready but not delivered by the post office. The speed post came but they have not delivered to the house & also not given any intimation about the passport. Here with i am attaching the details of the mail that i got from the passport office, Kolkata. I had send a person to Bankura Head Post Office but they said that the number what the passport office has send that is wrong and no passport had came through speed post in the name of (MOON GHOSH). This is very unfortunate to know about the fact. Now i would like to know what i am suppose to do in this situation.

Please refer to your fax message vide no PRO/PG/135 dt. 20/01 regarding passport application of Smst Moon Ghosh, file no W000404/09
Passport no. H6700758 dt 07/09/09 has been despatched vide speed post no SP 002929 dt. 10/09/09, but the said passport has been returned to this office as undelivered vide no UD 1941/09 dt. 22/09/09.
