Mr. somnath, postman number 11 misbehaved with me when i went to mahmoorganj post office for enquiry of letter of kashi gas services. when i asked him whether he is having the letter with him or not he replied let me check and after half n hour he responed that he went to the place and there was no response from our side. when i again asked him he replied that he dont have the letter and said we do not get anything so why should we deliver the letter on time.. and when again my dadiji went there he said to come tomorrow.. please respond to the complaint on the id given below..
