About Postman in Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam

Hello,

I, Yathirajyam Naresh kumar working as DEO in Naval Dockyard, Mumbai related to Indian Navy, as my native place is Visakhapatnam. My parents are there only. Recently I got a registered post from my department to my permanent address which is my home address (i.e; Visakhapatnam). My parents was not so much literates to get understand all concepts. Here in my case a man who follow rules can also harm others (here this man is our postman K SAI BABA, postman Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh) because as per rule registered post should be handed over to the mentioned person. Its Ok but when the person himself says postman to have his father signature and gave to him. is there any problem I am in Mumbai my registered letter gone to Visakhapatnam. My parents called me when postman came to home. I called and requested him to hand over it to my father and get his signature and identity proof of him as he is also and Central Govt Employee. Postman just refused to do, By the same postman in previous case I got a call letter from Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Mumbai to home same thing happened, I took leave for one week from Office to get that letter Don't you think how silly is this, for a registered post a person travelling for 1498kilometers with Rs. - (approx.) expenses and come back. It is my call letter as I want to get selected in that interview that's why I ran away to get it, and my parents are not so literates to make him understand and so rude to quarrel with that postman to get the letter. In this case, Others what they will do... is Slap that postman first.. and then took the letter from him, . Because when I am the person who got the letter and I am only saying him to give it to my parents.. Is there any problem to hand over it otherwise any rule refuses him to do...

Rules are made my us and made for us. As if the rule is making one person troubled to get his letter to travel for 39 hours of 1498 kms with - travelling charges. is this rule is entertained or not. First try to understand people's problem and then do your duties. No one will do his work proper to give service but when talking about rules everyone becomes Swamy Vivekananda to teach others...

I think this postman must be punished and get to be understood what is the trouble we have to face to get a letter from Native place.. Dont think it is a small distance... (mumbai to Visakhapatnam)

I dont leave him, I am sending a letter to my concern officer and through him I send to letter to Higher Officials to take necessary action because I tolerated for once .. but not for all time that we will shut our mouth and our hands by wearing bangles...
