Complaint against Postal Department

Dear Sir,

I am a student of B.Tech in College of Engineering and Technology IFTM Campus Moradabad. College sent me a letter on 12/03 but while letter recieved by me on 26/03 it is already read by someone. The Envelop of the letter has been opend. letter contains some personal information of me. Due to this act of the postal department i am feeling very bad. I have a lot of tension from that date.

Please help me.
