On 16th July at 19:56 Hrs I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. - from a PNB ATM at Dhampur in district Bijnor UP. The ATM ID is N1013500. During the transaction the ATM machine failed due to power failure. When I tried with other ATM of OBC in same city on same day at 20:17 Hrs I found that my Rs. - has already been debited from my account due to the earlier failed transaction at PNB ATM. On same night I had to travel to Ahmedabad so I could not contact any of the above bank's branches. My account is with SBI Bijnor (UP) branch and account No. is:
0000011195654856. Then I wrote a mail to PNB who guided me to approach through SBI as my account is with SBI.
Immediately I contacted to customer care of SBI who responded very irresponsibily after a long gap. Then as guided by the customer care I wrote the complaint to SBI Bijnor Branch Manager through registered letter. 2 months have passed I have received no response from there.
Once again I contacted SBI customer care to help me after a delay of almost 2 weeks they have now advised me to contact Regional manager. I am realy getting frustated due to such irresponsible attitude of SBI.
I would request you to kindly intervene and get my money credited in to my account.
