Not adding the interest in PPF account for past financial yea

I have PPF account in Pindwara Post Office. A/C No, is ********(Sorry I am not showing my a/c no.but this is common problem for all customers.). The interest for some last years is not added. On enquiry the staff does not give satisfactory reply. While the interest for 10 hasbeen added and 07 is not added. The working staff is veryu much rude except two or three persons.

Kindly persue the same and arrange to add up to date interest in all PPF accounts. Thanks
