My pension was settled vide letter no. MP/ind/pension/671 dated 16/08 by P.F Commissioner (pension, Indore. But the amount of settlement is less. Therefore settlement is not correct.
I am the member of C.P.F since 15th November, 1975. At present I retired from M.S.S.K Ltd, Barlai, Indore, where my P.F.a/c np. was MP/IND/4880/187. My pension claim is completed in this concern through a/c no. MP/IND/4880/187.
My last CPF amount of different CPF account number and units have been deposited in CPF a/c no. MP/IND/4880/187. All my past CPF a/c nos are as under :
1) UP/184/1333 (M/s C.S.W. Ltd, Gauri Bazar, Deoria)
2) UP/197/2450 (M/s S.S.M. Ltd, Simbhaoli, Gaziabad)
3) UP/1823/1062 (M/s K.C.S.F. Ltd, Sarsawa, Saharanpur)
But during settlement of pension my previous a/c nos. and period from 15.11.1975 has not been considered.
Therefore, it is requeted that my pension claim resettlement should be made and to be informed me.
