Not recived Pension Arreares

Dear Sir,

My pf pension started from 27/6, I did not got the amount till 10/10, total amount upto that period is Rs. 16239=00

From 11/10, Rs. 1149 are being credited in my a/c each month. I could not understand, If it is the installment of total amt. of 16239=00

then what happened to my monthly pension from the date of pension start.

I tried to find out this from office but did not got any satisfactory answer.
