Pls despatch my passport

Dear sir,

I have applied for the passport in the regional office of Ghaziabad, UP with file number:- GZBA 011201 Dated-14.02.2012 (I am a resident of Hathras) ..All enquiry is completed.But i have not got the passport till date.

please find out the solution of this problem.
