DID NOT RECEIVE MY PHILLIPS DVD PLAYER, BOOKED ON 31-01

Hi,

i did not receive my phillips DVD player booked on 31-01.Whenever i call them up they say that it is in transit then finally they said my address is not updated so it went back from exp IT courier. Then when i opened my india today account full address was reflecting inspite of that i updated my details. The email confirmations are as follows:-

It was my worst ever experience talking to your executive Ms. Ramneek at 5:49 pm on 25th February i.e, thursday for just asking her about my courier status. I dont expect this kind of attitude from your person. I will not tolerate it. When i told her that i need to speak to your supervisor she denied. I made a mistake by selecting your company for the product. She said that it would take 7 more days for delivery and 21 days for refund. I had received a call from one of your employee last week stating that my product would get delivered within 26th February. Kindly clarify and revert within 24 hours.

I called up the customer care today and was shocked to hear that my courier was reverted back due to incomplete address and the reason given was there was no room number mentioned, apart from that the address has everything mentioned.when i opened my profile from your website it clearly stated my shipping address and the address was perfectly alright. I want an explanation regarding that from your end. What i believe is a mistake committed from your end.i was planning to book two more items from your website but then i have to think now twice. The customer care executive stated it will take another 15 days to get it delivered.
