I have booked a pracel from Chennai, Ramapuram location of weight 1.7 kgs to Hydrebad location and filled invoice of 1 Patu Saree, 1 Patu Pavadi and 2 baby dresses and received a parcel at hyderabad, they have cut the parcel from one end removed the Saree and packed again and delivered without acknowledgement and delivery boy run away, After opening the parcel saree was missing, after call them many times and give the complaint, no one is least bothered and they have edited the invoice. Customer care Mgr Mr Sampath is not responding to any of the mails sent.
Now am going to book police complaint and give it to the new paper, so that no one uses the Professional courier and keep them into trouble.
