Dear sir,

I did not receive my name and my mother name in the election comission of india. I had filled up the form with all the detail including my pan card and ration card with add. Prof. The member of election comission visit my house and took the detail but still i did nt receive my name in the name list.

I request u to chek my name as wel as my mother's name in the name list. The detail is provided below:

Mother's name - siya roy
