This is to bring to your notice that I have applied for passport on 17-08. My Police verification was completed on 28-08. The Passport office received my verified application and clear report on 10-10 from the police department.
Its been more than three months, I have failed to receive my passport till date. May I know the reason for delay? I have to submit my passport to my company for business travel purposes. Due to the delay caused by you, I am missing out of several good opportunities.
Earlier I have sent mails regarding this to the email address found on the passport grievance on the passport website. But they did not replied. The status on the passport website is reflecting " It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ". It mentioned a week but months passed, the message remains the same.
I would kindly request you to look into this matter and issue me the passport at the earliest.
