I have booked a ticket (on 21st December) in APSRTC reservation counter from pulivendula to bangalore for the day 2nd January. The bus service number mentioned on the ticket is 6216. Accroding to details, this would start from Proddutur. But the Bus with the service number is not at all existing. Everybody at Pulivendula bus stop were telling that the bus will come. I have waited till 12:45, but the bus didn't turn up.
Being a lady, I have spent entire night at the Busstop. As I have urgent work in the office for the next day, I was eager to come to Bangalore. Because of the false data in APSRTC online, i have suffered a lot on the night os 2nd January.
There is nobody to compensate the amount also.
My ticket reservation number is 17177188/FA 82199.
Please take care that no such situation will repeat in future to any body.
