The APSRTC passcounter is not working upto the proper timings acutally its timings are 8am -8pm but they r closing counter at 5pm only.. and even if counter is open work progess is very slow and always the person says that net server problem..i think the worst service is there here in tarnaka (beside rtc hospital)
