I have travelled on 27/2, from Hyderabad to Tirupati by APSRTC bus service no.5421 Departure time at 6.45 which was to reach Tirupathi at 7am on 28/2. I was having my Darshan Ticket timing at 11am at Tirumala temple. The Bus had a breakdown at Kurnool Depot, and it took almost 1 hour to get it repaired. After 1and half hour just we crossed Nandyal Depot The Bus again brokedown and the drivers started repairing it which they know was not possible. They have not taken any initiative in sending the Passengers by another bus. They have wasted lot of time making the passengers stand on road, even after so many request to send me to Tirupathy by another bus or atleast upto Cuddapah as it was getting late. at lost they brought a mechanic to get the bus repaired. At last The bus reached the destination at 11.45 and by te time we reached Tirumala it was 12.45 and we went for Darshan at 1.30, There was Huge rush and it took 5 and half hours to come out from darshan and I missed my Return Bus to Hyderabad which was at 6pm. I reached Bus stand at 7.30pm and requested the depot manager to accomodate me in another bus as i have missed my bus and the ticket belongs to that same day just because of the morning episode. But they have bluntly rejected my request and asked me to buy one more ticket. At last I have to buy a new ticket and lost money on my first ticket just because of the irresponsibility of the RTC staff.

Please consider my complaint against APSRTC as it has got a valid reason.
