Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a flat in Ardee Infrastructure in August & flat was handed over to me in April.
During my stay, i observed lot of Quality problems which were addressed to Builder.
Every time the assured to resolve but did nothing. Also in front of the flat Free area was told to be developed as a Park but it has become a mess ares in whole the colony.
Director of Ardee is Shivani verma & landline number of office is 23312767/45766700.
Inspite of requesting so many times, Shivani verma did not give tim e for appointmant to hear the problems & passing more that a year, no action towards Quality complaints was taken.
Please do needful.
Your early action action in this regards will be highly appreciated.
