Refund of money

Respected Sir,

I am approaching you with lot of faith to get some help. My complaint is as follows:

I had booked a flat in Bhiwadi with ADBL. But because of delay in the construction, after that he transferred my booking in holy chouk in dewli. But he did’n give the flate. Lastly, I applied for refund of my money paid towards booking and monthly installments. My apply month was may.

The company accepted my cancellation but he did’n give the pending amount. I have already deposited amounting to Rs. 1 lakhs 85 thousand. These people are not even responding to my calls and their seems no intention on their part to refund my money.

Please help me to get my money back.
