Builder is NOT refunding my money

Hi,

I have booked 3bhk aprt at Rangoli Garden jaipur. flat number is T-179 in 31- Dec’ after that I paid Booking amount and other charges.

Which is total 3.4 lakh. But still my wife is not well so can't continue to buy this flat.

I asked them to refund my money then they saying we will not refund you any amount.

Please suggest me, what to do?
